Eleanor's Baby Walker

So, what's the deal with those baby walkers?! Why are they "not recommended for use" in some states?! Seems weird to me, but Eleanor loves hers and it works great! Oh, well. The baby walker was a gift from Aunt Abby & Uncle Todd and Eleanor is finally able to use it! Her feet are a little shy of the floor, but she manages to get around on her tip toes :) Thanks Todd & Abby!
